Using the service

DIDAS HOLDINGS LLC ("we", "us") provides financial data and analysis about publicly listed companies (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.

Not investment advice

The Service describes businesses using their own reported figures and market data. It does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security, and nothing on it is personalised to your circumstances. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. The Disclaimer forms part of these terms; please read it.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion removes your profile, lists, portfolios and research history.

Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid Pro subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro access until then.
• If a renewal payment fails, Pro access ends until the payment succeeds.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.

Nothing in these terms limits any right to a refund that the law where you live gives you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or systematically download data from the Service, or use automated means to access it, except through an interface we provide for that purpose;
• redistribute, resell or republish data or content from the Service, in whole or in substantial part;
• attempt to bypass access controls, usage limits or the restrictions of your plan;
• interfere with the Service or its security, or use it to break any law.

Some data on the Service is licensed to us by third parties on terms that do not permit onward distribution, which is why these restrictions exist.

Data and accuracy

Financial figures are extracted from filings made with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and processed automatically. Prices come from third-party market data providers and may be delayed. Automated extraction can be wrong, filings can be restated, and data can be incomplete. We work to find and correct errors but do not guarantee that any figure is accurate, complete or current.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, software, grades and written analysis belong to DIDAS HOLDINGS LLC or its licensors. Underlying public filings remain public records. You may use what you see for your own personal, non-commercial research.

The service is provided as is

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DIDAS HOLDINGS LLC is not liable for any investment decision you make, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud.

Ending your use

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close a paid account for a reason other than a breach, we will refund the unused part of the current billing period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that the law where you live gives you.
