Precision Biosciences Inc. is scheduled to report next on November 2, 2026. The date comes from Nasdaq’s earnings calendar, and companies sometimes move it.
The quarter ending June 30, 2026, against the same quarter a year earlier.
| Measure | 3 months toJun 30, 2026 | 3 months toJun 30, 2025 | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total Revenue | $0.00 | $18K | -100.00% |
| Profit | -$32.7M | -$23.5M | -38.83% |
| Profit per share | -$1.26 | -$2.13 | +40.85% |
| Free Cash Flow | -$13.4M | -$20.3M | +33.70% |
These are single quarters, not a trailing year — the figures elsewhere on this site cover twelve months and will be much larger. A seasonal business swings a long way between the two: ServiceNow earns $2.0B of free cash flow in its December quarter and $0.5B in its June one.
Compared against the same quarter a year earlier, not against an analyst forecast. A “beat” or “miss” needs a consensus estimate, which is licensed data we do not carry — and getting it wrong is worse than leaving it out.
“The second quarter marked a defining moment for Precision BioSciences and the hepatitis B field, with the first clinical biopsy evidence that a therapeutic agent can directly target and eliminate cccDNA – data that validate both the science and the development strategy for PBGENE-HBV,”

Releases land after the close or before the open, so the move is the session that follows.
A Viral Elimination Program PBGENE-HBV is Precision’s wholly owned in vivo gene editing program under investigation in a global first-in-human clinical trial, which is designed to be a potentially curative treatment for chronic Hepatitis B infection. PBGENE-HBV is the first and only potentially curative gene editing program to enter the clinic that is specifically designed to eliminate the root cause of chronic hepatitis B, cccDNA, while inactivating integrated HBV DNA. Elimination of cccDNA results in HBV viral cure as cccDNA is the only Exhibit 99.1 source of infectious replication (HBV DNA). The ELIMINATE-B trial is investigating PBGENE-HBV at multiple dose levels across a number of administrations per dose level in patients with chronic Hepatitis B. PBGENE-HBV has been granted Fast Track designation by the FDA. The FDA has previously provided guidance that sustained loss of HBV DNA is an approvable endpoint for chronic hepatitis B. Further details on the trial can be found on Precision’s website and on clinicaltrials.gov identifier NCT06680232.
